You can find the archive of Senators' votes here or here. By having a look at their records one finds out that 3 Democrats and 45 Republicans voted in favor of the constitutional amendment banning same-sex marriage, however 43 Democrats and 6 Republicans including Senator McCain of AR voted against the amendment. The only Independent Senator -Sen. Jeffords from Vermont- voted against the amendment. At the moment there are 48 Democrats, 51 Republicans and just a single Independent in the US Senate.
