My very personal views on different issues. I try my best to be as accurate as possible, but please -all the time- have this in your mind that what I say could be all wrong!
Its’ too early to get a grasp on how Fallujah will turn out. We are clearly in a fierce guerrilla war. (duh) The city will be reduced to rubble, and we will take a couple dozen KIA, leaving quite a few more. The wounded mark may hit 1000 and our guys will kick some ass. I think, probably, we will roll out of the city in the next few days or maybe weeks and the Bush people will declare victory. After that, we will just start losing people very slowly- a bombing here- a sniper there – just like before Fallujah. I don’t see anything changing out of the offensive.

I hope I am wrong. We are stuck there.
